The terms this website is offered under — what it is for, what it is not, and where the limits sit.
What this site is
This website is published by Luowei Medical Aesthetics Clinic, a medical aesthetics clinic in Nanjing, China. It describes the clinic, its physicians, its services, its clinical process and its pricing, and it is the clinic’s own site rather than a directory listing or an agent’s page.
It is offered to you on the terms below. By using it, you accept them. If you do not, the useful parts of the site — the treatment and condition pages, and the form — are still available to you in person or by email, and nothing here obliges you to use the website.
What the site is not
It is not medical advice, and it is not a diagnosis. Articles on this site explain how a treatment works, what it is normally planned around, and what the risks are. None of that is written about you. A treatment that is appropriate in general can be inappropriate for a particular person, and the only way to know which you are is an examination.
It does not promise an aesthetic outcome. Some things can be promised and are: that a device and a product can be verified on the spot, that the physician who consulted you performs the work, that the written quotation is the figure you pay. How a result looks is not one of them, and any clinic that promises it is telling you something it cannot know.
It is not a quotation. Where pricing is discussed, the site explains how a figure is built and what a written quotation contains. The operative figure is the one you receive in writing after your in-person examination, and the site does not substitute for it.
It is not the place to decide, or to book treatment. Nothing is booked on the strength of a web page or a video call. The clinical assessment comes first, and the plan is built on the examination rather than on a form.
Treatment, and where surgery goes
The work done at this clinic is non-surgical: injectables, regenerative treatment, energy-based devices and medical skin care. Surgery is not performed here. Where a case needs an operation, or turns out to be a skin disease rather than a cosmetic concern, the physician refers it to a partner hospital department, and it is that hospital — not this clinic — that then treats you and is responsible for that treatment.
The partner pages describe other institutions. They are partners, not branches and not owned by us, and every fact on those pages is about the partner rather than about this clinic. The information there is published by those institutions; where it is wrong or out of date, that is theirs to correct.
Prices and payments
Prices are settled after the in-person consultation and are given in writing, together with the treatment plan. Nothing is paid before the consultation, no deposit is taken to hold an appointment, and nothing on this site asks for card details.
If the figure at the clinic differs from the figure you were quoted before you travelled, you may walk away without paying anything. That is the arrangement, and it is not conditional on a reason.
The pricing page explains the form a quotation takes. It deliberately contains no amounts, because a treatment price depends on the assessment — and a number published on a website, without an examination, would be a guess presented as a commitment.
Photographs, records and copyright
Before-and-after images on this site are clinical photographs of patients of this clinic, published with their written consent. They are not stock images and not illustrations, and the consent covers publication by the clinic — it does not make the images free for anyone else to use.
The text, images, layout and code of this site belong to the clinic, and may not be reproduced commercially without permission. You are welcome to quote or link to any page, and to print a page for your own use or to show a physician at home.
Clinical records shown on treatment and condition pages describe individual patients. They are not a set of results, not a rate of success, and not a prediction for anyone else — the page on how we work explains what they do and do not show.
Accuracy, and how errors get fixed
Content on this site is written to be checkable: figures about regulation and licensing are given so that they can be looked up independently, and process claims are written so that they can be verified on the day.
That does not make it infallible. Approval statuses, entry rules and prices change without notice, and pages can fall behind them. Where you find something that is wrong, email [email protected] and say which page and what is incorrect — a correction with a source is acted on, and the page is amended rather than quietly removed.
Nothing on this site is a substitute for checking with the official source. Entry and visa rules come from your own embassy and the Chinese immigration authority. Device and product approvals come from China’s device and drug regulators. Physician registrations come from the National Health Commission’s public registry. Where this site and an official source disagree, the official source is right.

Links to sites we do not run are given because they are useful, not because we control them. We are not responsible for what is on them, and a link is not an endorsement.
This site should not be embedded in another page or framed by another site. The clinic is not responsible for content that appears alongside its pages in someone else’s frame, and any page claiming to be ours while being served from a different domain is not ours.
Limits
The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, the clinic is not liable for a decision taken on general information from this website alone, and nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited — including rights arising from treatment actually provided, which are governed by the terms you receive in writing at the clinic and by the law that applies to them.
Which law applies
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, and a dispute about this website is subject to the courts that have jurisdiction over the clinic’s location. This does not remove any protection you have as a consumer under the law where you live.
If any of this changes
These terms are updated when the site changes in a way that affects them, and the date below changes with them. Questions about them go to [email protected], or through the form marked as being about the terms rather than a treatment enquiry.
